Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the headcover in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new headcover within 5-7 business days.
